Glad to know your have decided to start using one of our electronic cigarettes. With in these Terms & Conditions is an agreement that you the buyer are to comply with upon purchase. Therefore if any of the following statements do occur you are to follow out the procedures offered under VapeVendor trading policies.

Warranty
We offer a 28 day arts warranty from the date of receipt. Purchasers should be aware that our electronic cigarette atomizers and batteries, although made to the highest quality may fail or degrade over a period of time (see parts life-span). This is not a guarantee that the consumer will “like” the electronic cigarette, but that the product will function to the ability stated upon purchase.

Batteries and atomized single part purchase will contain a 28 day warranty from the date of receipt. This does not include Clearomizers, DCT’s, VIVI NOVA’s or individual coils. Please check parts life-span for use to performance ratio’s.

Refunds, Returns & Cancelation Policy
All consumers have the right to cancel an online order prior to dispatch and seven working days after delivery. The buyer is required to return or send the item back with in its full package and none of the products have been used or disrupted. Only then can we offer a full refund on items purchased.

All returns upon used items will only be accepted on faulty items. Time will be taken to ensure that the item has not been misused. VapeVendor will only offer an exchange upon inspection.

Parts Life Span
All items bought have a life span and at some point will require replacing if you are to continue with your ecigarette journey. These are averages of time expectancy and you may find that each item “CAN” last you either more or less than stated.

CE4 Clearomizer Short & Long Wick: We offer a 2-3 week life expectance of the clearomizer.

eGo Batteries 650, 900 & 1000mAh: This is a 300 time rechargeable battery, but due to the charge amount we find depletion of battery normally acts around 3-4 months into use. We fully advise using solely the USB charger. Any AC adaptor can increase the rate of depletion
